Looking for some tips, does it look like I’m on the right path, both corners need replacement. Thanks in advance.

Plan to mig stitch… should I use .025, .030 or .035

Smaller wire might work better, less amps less heat, but .030 can work as well.
 
.023 Is best for thin metals. I turn it up hot enough to burn through on a continous weld. Then with short bursts the tacks lay down flatter. Work slow and cool often. The time spent welding and grinding slowly will more than offset the time spent fixing burn thru's and warpage.

Is there a top and bottom panel? Or is,this,one piece only? Should I,be worried about cutting too big . If that makes,sense
