Ah...Costa Rica, been there also, and done that! Spend 4 months in the Army in the area of Golfito, way down on the south west peninsula, very nice, very nice, and, did I say very nice?

I may not leave if this place had all that!:rolling:There are only 2 bars on the island not in the workers village, where there are several more. This island is only about 1 mile by 3 miles, very small.:grin:
Am getting some work done, but things do move slowly down here.
Set off in the Mule after work for a swim on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island, a place called Macaroni beach, great place to play in the waves!:grin:. The house in the one pic is new since I have been here and I was told by one of my buddies, who works on the project that I am on full time, that it is 22,000 sq. ft., not bad for a vacation home right?. We left there and went to another part of the island on the Atlantic side that I had not been to since my first time here 4 years ago, I had forgotten how rugged some parts of this place really are, pics really don't do it justice.

Hey looks like your havin fun, and hate to bother you but I need some parts bad!! I have had this car since high school and it was my fathers car, long story short i need that frame rail for the drivers side and some floor pans for the rf and lf and trunk and rf fender. anything you could help me with would be excellent. Birthday in the Caribbean, NICE!!, but I do have to work tomorrow. I guess the good thing is that I will have sweated all the fruity rum drinks, G & Ts and the beer out of my system by the time I start working!!:rolling::rolling::grin:

Almost done here, really looking forward to getting back to the Motor City. Last half day of work today, kind of hungover:grin:. I fly to Barbados tomorrow afternoon where I will spend the night so I can catch a 7am to Miami and then on to the D, after a 9 hour layover, South Beach???:grin:.
