You guys are right about it not being an SE, I was going off of another sight, wrong info, sorry, thanks for the heads up, door jams and window vent area perfect, some rust below the rear window under the vinyl, is one of my first things to go after. 318 motor if you missed that earlier.

I deciphered the vin, considered the hardtop, but optioned out quit a bit

A complete 72 Charger with minor flaws. Nice find. XLNT DEAL Buddy!! keep e'm comi'n.
someone along the way may have removed the 1/4 window fillers. best thing you can do to the 72 SE in my opinion. if you look up under the drip rail chrome and see a break in the drip rail where someone added drip rail you can bet the work was done at some point.

I have no clue however if you could order an SE without fillers. MOPAR production... anything is possible. however the Vin and fender tag will tell all.

Check it out, Notice the drip rail chrome doesn't extend all the way. no big deal... I have the chrome for hard top and metal rain gutter to weld in. This was a $3500.00 purchase a month ago. 400 auto console sunroof car.

I'd say it was a heck of a deal. I paid $2200 for my '74 Satellite Satellite Sebring a month ago. It runs and drives, sorta. Very little rust. Of course in Nebraska, I got a heck of a deal too, but after having it a month, I've already thrown over a grand in it just to get it so it'll drive home from school (50mi).
