The general topic of Amps vs. Voltage brings up several analogous comparisons like Torque vs. RPM, Flow vs. Pressure, Force vs. Velocity, and such.

Nice analogies with examples......providing one uses the same scale throughout. Especially when using the differential calculus functions. torque is a function of RPM......

RPM isn't necessarily part of it; torque, or twist around an axis, can be applied with no motion at all. Such as when using a torque wrench at 0 rpm. or an electrical motor supplying force against a locked shaft.

IFF (if and only if) they can get their faces and thumbs out of their phones long enough to create havoc......not for me...as I'm immune....and anything more than 30 seconds away from their phone, is considered a lifetime, as the world is passing them by.....what a hoot.....

I have a few batteries connected to tenders.
Truck, at least three motorcycles, Makita drill, and a Stihl weed wacker. Most batteries are in my shed, all relatively new. Often the two batteries in the camper van are on tenders. I have never had a problem, but I have avoided the cheapest tenders, and replace dying batteries.
The E shops usually say a volt meter is sufficient. If you are on a boat overnight, counting amps becomes important.
On the boat, I have a dedicated starting battery. I count the amps used by other stuff, and check the volts each morning.
Living on 12 volts, is a book with a lot of info.

For kiwigtx, getting zapped with 220 volts, is a lot more exciting than getting zapped with 120 volts.

I worked with a couple of guys who claimed the reasons for one or two errors was because they has Assbergers.....turns out they were just retards.

Sounds like the childhood expression: "Mom loves me best"....or.....define EXACTLY what IS an assberger (or assburger) ???? Perhaps it meant to define what is a solid or semi solid fluid like or partial liquid fluid like material OR OBJECT that is sometimes found in one's initial layer of clothing, especially after over consuming a greasy, spicey repast. These conditions are sometimes accompanied with large quantities of methane gas (CH4) simultaneously, attributed to consuming of a legume type vegetable, aka beans. ......very dangerous flammable conditions.....that make themselves quietly, yet subtly introduced.......or......you define exactly what you meann......???....just my opinion of course......
