Maybe the dash frame got replaced for some reason. Original may have been hacked up.

I wish I was able to look at the car in person before I pull the trigger but I'm in Europe with my wife and won't have any vacation time to use to go look at it. Nine hour drive from me. It might be gone before I return! I will have to rely on phone video and pictures, not a very good option in my book.
