When I first bought my charger it was my daily driver (81-82?)
I drove it to work proud as can be, and one of the guys stole my hubcaps.
I didn't react, so he came up and told me someone stole them. It was a pretty crappy neighborhood, but I suspected him, so y said, "No it didn't have any when I bought it."
Don't you know that prick tried to sell them to me the next day.

That's how industrial accidents happen!

probably cat/s
they are or can be some strange animals
& do weird '****' at times
sometimes literally

We have a lot of cats around here
3 different neighbors,
1 next door used to be 2, both young, one got eaten by Coyotes,
another 5-6 from 2 hoses across the street,
Hell, I can't keep track, of all the outside cats
mostly just hunting stalking or killing mice
in the acreage right behind US & lizards on our retaining walls
so I don't bother them much
One Siamese cat I run off all the time, he's a bully
probably him doing it out of spite...
I've had a couple (cats &/or coons, both 'shits' looks a lot alike)
**** in the bed on the F350 dually parked in my carport
& it's right outside my office window (probably late at night)
but never on the hood "yet"
I see prints on it all the time, from both coons & cats

cats usually like to dig & bury it, not always thou

Cat's wouldn't do that, they're incredibly clean animals and absolutely hate leaving their stool exposed. Only if it was poisoned but then the stool wouldn't be hard. Now raccoons I don't know, they don't exist here never even seen one up close.

Wife and I have three cats, one prone to constipation, as a rule they do not leave exposed stool, but constipated one does at times, also does not bury in litter box, sometimes goes outside box. Stool on hood looks exactly the same. Back to the car situation - I had a bad experience in 1978 with a co-worker venting his wrath on my GTX, kcked in the quarter panel. Deal was, I had just started working with a small family owned tank truck carrier. I was driving a junk '66 Brockway cabover, and got bumped up to a '74 Diamond Reo, when a more senior guy quit. Guy slightly above me kept the '74 White Road Boss he was driving at the time, and resented it. No cameras in those days, couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt it was him, but I knew. Company was really cool, paid the body shop bill, wanted to keep it quiet. A year later, the guy got a brand new tractor. Three days later he ran it into a pile-up in fog on I-80 at over 70mph, the remains were scraped out with spoons. I had turned his load down the afternoon before. That event led me to quit the business to go to law school, only to return a few years later. Karma at work, I wouldn't have believed it, if I hadn't lived it.

Do any of you guys have problems with people hating your car? Seems like for every 100 people that love it, there's somebody who absolutely wants to rain hell on me for it and it's really disappointing. I come out of work today after pulling over time and some one left fresh dog **** on my hood. It's not like I rev my car like a jack *** and do burnouts leaving the parking lot. It's my only mode of transportation currently and at this point I'm about to ride a bicycle to work to avoid someone keying it.

Best hope is that someone just doesn't like
you, and finds a way to leave a turd on your
bicycle seat.
However, what they did to your car is
inexcusable.

I agree with:

1- that does look more like cat feces than dog

and

2- cats don't generally crap where they can't bury it and aren't big fans of being highly exposed while crapping*

and

3- some human likely put it there as an insult or some kind of retribution

* although they can be very personal when it comes to retaliation, and things that smell like a particular person can be fair game for said retaliation which often includes urine, spray, or feces. IE if you really pissed off a cat, and your car smells a lot like you (it's usually shoes or dirty clothes).....

Sorry this happened but, I have to say this looks like Cat poop to me. The tell tell sign for me looking at the pictures especially the piece on the cowl area toward the windshield is that the one piece that looks pointy is usually like something formed fur from when a cat digests hair from bathing themselves. I've also had cats poop outside their "area before and it has looked like this as well.

I'll vote it wasn't a person that put that there. In my mind, if I were to do something like that I wouldn't put all those separate pieces there, so neatly, would probably just sling one or two and probably have to smear some of it on for good measure

I may have mentioned on here back awhile we had a home invasion robbery at our home while we were sleeping in our bedroom with the door closed. It’s quite an interesting story for another time - I mention it here because the perp also took a huge steaming dump in my garage while loading our belongings into our SUV - stole the car and a lot of stuff. WTF? Why would you take the time - stain is still on the garage floor.
In the end the detectives caught the guy using dna which was in the system from a prior arrest. I noticed a tiny blood spot on my car seat and that’s the sample they used. He did some time - of course not enough - and still on probation. I did not have a home defense weapon at the time but of course I do now. Pity the fool that tries that again…..
