Hey NostalgiaSuperStockRacer. Gloves are not required in NHRA superstock. neither are nomex pants/shoes. Helmet, neckbrace, jacket is all you need.:werd:

i know about the nhra rules but wasnt too sure on the 1 glove deal. i was wondering if he was wearing just one shoe for better throttle control also.

Maybe it was a tribute to Michael Jackson. Honestly I don't wear the gloves either, i think they are pain in the ***. Its not a bad idea, he can still have one hand on the wheel in case of a fire, and he is still able to operate his switches and shifters without the mitten getting in the way.
