Door repair/paint fixture

Has anyone made their own car door repair/paint stand or something to mount on an engine stand? Is a gutted B body door strong enough to mount to the hinge mount area so the door skin is adjustable to be flat? I would love to see your ideas and working projects.

I took some eye bolts,1/8 cable and a 10' x 3/4 dia. pipe you can hang the doors off the pipe with some rope or wire it works great for doing small parts too
