FOR SALE Drill axle flanges and drums?

I can find 15x8 steel wheels all day long in 5x4.75 and 5x5 but never in 5x4.5. Would it be worth it to re-drill the axle flanges and drums? I guess I’d need to replace my spare with a multi-pattern wheel, but they are common. The cost of aftermarket steels are steep when you include shipping - and I’ve heard there have been quality issues. I’d rather use an OEM Kelsey Hayes wheel if getting the flanges and drums drilled is cost effective. Thoughts?

Whatever chev wheels you decide to use will need to be checked for hub hole size compatibility.

Not worth redrill ing. What would that cost? Or can you do it yourself?

You just need to look somewhere else for wheels. 4.5" bolt circle wheels are very common.

15x8 steel wheels weigh 30 lbs each, which will slow down acceleration and hinder braking. Why would you want them?

They work, but they suck. I won't run them on anything with power.

Just keep looking. Or get some made. Wheel modification Is not a new science. They're out there

Even though it looks like the prices of wheels have jumped (steel or China tariffs?) ..... it's still waaaaaay easier to just buy a wheel and not waste time drilling a bunch of extra holes in your stock axles and drums.
