Early Super Bowl 52 Predictions

There is another thread for boycotting, this thread is for Super Bowl contestant predictions. I predict most of you will watch it even though you say you won't.

WRONG!
RABID Saints fan since I was a little boy in the 60s. Thrilled they beat Atlanta (#1 rival) the 1st game post-Katrina in the Superbowl, I was there. Lived to see them win the Superbowl, and won it in spectacular fashion. Hosted a number of Superbowl parties.
Patriotism far outweighs "watching a game" and silence/complacency is the death of freedom.

.......are you sure they still kneel? I've been seeing public service announcements from players thanking veterans here in Tennessee. Have you noticed they have added American flags to their helmets?

I know its not likely but if they have another good run the Chiefs may get there again. They proved they can beat new England.
Not this year. "Never underestimate the Wild Card" as Jon Gruden would say.

My prediction is: I won't be watching. And that, you can be sure of 100%. Matter of fact, someone will have to tell me if they stop that knee protest. And it won't make a difference.

Can’t believe the Titans came back - deserved win. First time since 1957 a playoff team came back from an 18 point deficit. I only hope they can take out New England. Hmmmm

Believe me, I understand what you are saying and I am a proud veteran. But for me there are a lot of good men on those teams including coaches. Only the remaining dirtbags who don't stand (if there are any) are far outnumbered.

Another wrong. I was a Giants fan since Y.A. Tittle, Frank Gifford, Del Shofner, Andy Robustelli, Pat Summerall, etc. I no longer watch ANY NFL.

It's more the league, and its incompetent nincompoop leader, that's allowed the situation. When you discipline a player for going out to honor the flag, and you get a cockroach acting like a dog pissing in the end zone, I've had it. Done.

First let me say, thank you for your service!!

I agree with you that there are good, and even great people in the NFL. I was a season ticket holder with the NY Jets until 2008, when the new stadium was built and they wanted me to pay a $35,000 seat licensing fee. That's per seat (x4) on top of the ticket price. I walked away.
Now with the Colon Kraperneck protests, and all of the idiots that jumped on his bandwagon, I am truly finished. Most of those ignorant asses don't even know why or for what they are protesting. You can youtube the numerous interviews that totally make a mockery out of the NFL and their so-called protests. My biggest issue with it is how that coward Goodell dealt with it, or DIDN'T deal with it to be more precise. He gives them animals almost $100 million dollars for their "cause" and the very next week they are kneeling again and disrespecting our flag and those that die protecting it.
You don't see that in the NBA, NHL, Nascar...Etc, etc, etc.
You can watch if you'd like, that's your right. I will stick to College, MLB, NHL and NASCAR.
And should they start disrespecting our flag, I'm done with them too.
I work hard for my money and spend it on numerous games and races every year. I won't spend it on the NFL until those whiny, entitled Obama supporters learn to respect our flag.

Again, thank you for your service.

I’ve watched every game this year and have yet to see a Viking kneel. Like hell if I’m going to disrespect my franchise by not watching them in a hallmark season. It’s not everyone disrespecting the flag - Many have and many haven’t.

But on the other side I can see why one would not watch the Giants anymore -there seems to be more reasons than just the kneeling for ignoring them......

I just researched the Vikings kneeling during the anthem.

Apparently, your Vikings are the ONLY team in the NFL that chose to stand as a team, every game, every player. I commend that and them as a team. They are setting an example that I wish the rest of the NFL would follow.

The Vikings’ chosen path was to stand as a group, including Zygi and Mark Wilf and General Manager Rick Spielman, and link arms as a united front during the National Anthem.

On the other sideline, Tampa Bay wide receivers Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson knelt and placed their hands over their hearts.

On Sunday, 14 games were played. Ironically, the 49ers weren’t part of the demonstration because they played on Thursday before the NFL became a political hot-button issue.

The Vikings did what they did. Twenty-seven other teams did what they did.

Ok, now we have identified who will not be watching lets get back to this threads purpose. Who do you predict to represent their conferences in Super Bowl 52?

I was hoping the Rams were going to MN next week - but they couldn’t take out the Falcons. Not surprised. Vikes need to have their big boy pants on because they get the winner of the Saints/Panthers tomorrow for their first round. Both tough teams. You get them sooner or later - so it may as well be next week. Skol!!

Filthadelphia Eagles game today - went to break so you don't get to see the cowards on their knees. This is how NBC and the NFL solved this? **** em. Gutless. Will boycott any advertisers.
