Edelbrock A12 intake ID help needed

Hello people

I am cleaning out my storage and found my 6 pack, and again, going through my notes, I can't get a yes or no answer if mine is an actual 1969.5 A12 part ...
Bit of a back story, this 6 pack setup was removed from a car in 1984, wrapped in plastic, then stored in a closet for 40 years. This is important to me (my story) because it was a friend that bought it in 84, before "numbers" meant anything and muscle cars were just cars, and I can vouch he did nothing but dust it off. Nobody after 84 touched anything on it. About 10 years ago, when I finally convinced him to sell it to me - I had a 1969 SuperB - at that time I sent a member some pictures, it was internet confirmed it had all correct hardware and the numbers on the carbs are correct for A12 but I couldn't get a clear answer if the intake was factory installed, over the counter dealer, or from a parts outlet ... its all about the "6". So this is what I got, if someone could be so kind and shead light on this.

THE PICTURES DON'T SHOW THE RIGHT ANGLE BUT, the 6 is actually lower and tilted to 1-2 o'clock. In person it is very obvious. I did not want to remove a carb just to take a picture. The posts I have found on various groups talk/show the 6 is crooked but has a tail on the top, mine is not like this, but the 6 is definitely...gimped. Edit: after closer look, the 6 is normal not crooked, just more pronounced then the other numbers.

So that's the scoop, is it a A12 intake ? And maybe even more importantly, does it matter if it is or is not ? Consensus among my friends is that even if it is, there are so few A12's and even fewer A12's that need a 6 pack that it makes no difference, it will never find its original home on a A12. Long story, but if it is a oem part, I would love for it to go back on one.

I am on the way to dig this out of storage and bring it to a Mopar expert in my area, take some pictures. These pics are 10 years old, its when I got it.

I would love to hear you ideas on this.

Have you got the date codes and list #s of the carbs? That would be the first thing I would check when you get your hands on em again.
If the carbs are legit, the chances of the manifold being legit become very very good!.(if I remember right, there are different list #s for the center carb, depending on if auto or four speed.
If you need I can get the numbers off my second day A12 stuff.
