Yes, they did. On my Hemi Charger, it was placed between the washer bottle & radiator support. Not sure if they were all there or just Hemis were.

More than likely had more to due with the vehicle's finally destination if it was there or not.

dont know if this helps dicky but this is the pic from the 69 charger n its about 3 inches from the edge of the tag towards the firewall of car on the inner fender
