Ever seen this inspection cover?

Found a box of parts during a garage clean. Parts I put back for my next project but raising kids and work got in the way. So after 20 years collecting dust they have seen daylight again.

Did the hemi 4 speed come with a beefier inspection cover? This came off a 70 6barrel Roadrunner that was a super drag pack car. But now I am wondering if it was an aftermarket. Don’t see any part numbers.

This thing is heavy I would say 6-8 lbs appears much thicker steel.

I dont think its an aftermarket, mines heavy gauge.

I haven’t seen one before that has thick pad/bottle holes. May be someone just added them?
