Evolution of the Waygun wheel

It has been a year already since I purchased my Waygun.
Back then,she still had the H-78-14 bias ply summers up front and H-70 snows in the rear with the original hubcaps...

I had to put on 2157514 radials just to drive the car home.
I put over eight thousand miles on the 16 year old radials until 3 developed broken belts

Then I had to run my 2157015 snow tires I saved from my old Diplomat.
The hubcaps are C body one,but never looked all tha hot on the car.

I scored a set of aluminum dog dishes and ran them for a while...

As some of you may already know,I work at a tire shop.
Goodyear had a sales spiff on where i earnedd a free set of tires for selling an x number of tires.
Did that.
To top things off,a few weeks ago,I participated in one of ourr aftermarket supplier's trade show.
I won a set of free wheels!
So,here are my free 2356016 Goodyear tires on free 16X8 torque-thrust copy cat wheels!!
Talk about luck and timing!

Yeah,I know the front dust cap sticks out past the center..but that's old school,man! LOL!
The new booties are taller than the smallish 14 radials I had on there.
Much closer to the original outer diameter where I now find the speedo reads accurate and the engine revs are where they should be.
Not to mention an improved smoother ride.
