Fan Clutch Engagement Adjust

Keeping the fight alive here. I have been heavily researching fuel percolation and feel that this is a big part of the issue with modern fuel and carbs. We got the return line installed from the tank to engine bay, Wix vapor filter, and rerouted the fuel supply away from the block. The Wix required a .060 restrictor to be installed as it was 1/4” wide open. Cold again here in GA but the 440 seemed smoother at soaking idle. It should be hot next week so we will find out quickly.
 
Divorcing the fuel from the block. Pushed from the pump to the filter(now on fenderwell) to main feed running overhead to carbs. Return holds on fenderwell.

Closing the door on this one. Still not in really hot temps but long idle now doesn’t even bust 185*. It looks like we were getting fuel vapor, leaning out, and making heat.
