Well today I pulled back the carpet on my 64 Polara too see how bad the rust is. I might be able to use just the front sections. What I need to know is how far back the panels go. I need atleast to the torsion bar bracket.

Best thing to do is to buy a floor pan and lay on top and see were actually goes before you do any cutting

If you've got the carpet out you should be able to see the seam where the pans meet where a person sitting in the backseat would have their feet on the floor. I know a lot of members here have talked to Jeff at 521 restorations. There is also Auto Metal Direct (AMD), and Auto Body Specialties. Unless there is a member here that is parting out a 64 polara willing to cut the floor for you. Maybe put a ad in the wanted section and then you can get the size you only need.

Those sources and Classic Industries and eBay. Cost of truck shipping is a bit....

I did this last year on my 63 Dodge and bought the Sherman under the front seat floor pans from Rock Auto. Nice fit and went past the torsion bar mounts.

This is what I did on my 67 too. Footwell to maybe 6" rear of the torsion bar xmember. Great fit and Rock Auto had the best price by far.
