is it just one year production?

I accidentally broke the vent handle bracket while working under the dash of a friend with a 70 R/T 4speeds. Was fixing some electrical issues. So I want to know if is a one year production or shares some other years and cars. Want to replace it with a nice used one

Just broke mine the other day and the passenger side is missing! Ugh $59.00 a cable on eBay! :angry1

Vent cable

I had one break on my 70 RR. I found a longer one from a C-body, cut it to fit, wrapped the end around a nail to make the loop, and it works great. You don't have to find the specific one for your car, just one what has the same mount and is as long or longer.:headbang:

nice... just want to keep the right setup... it looks earliers are round knob handle... right ?

69-70 square handle
71-4 another round handle

The 69-70B cables are different lenght than the 70E cables.
