Is there anywhere to I can go to find a picture a drawing anything that will help with the location and installation of brackets clips etc. for break lines from master to rear end and fuel from tank to motor on a three line fuel and vapor
California 70 GTX.

I would suggest the 70 Plymouth service manual as the first place to look. After that, probably just pictures underneath of people's cars. The california vapor line will be the hardest to find a picture of. My car doesn't have fuel lines in the stock location. When I did the brake lines it seemed pretty obvious where all the clips went, but I did have the advantage of taking the old lines off myself at the same time.

I haven't dealt with the 70s mopars (besides a 73 dart swingrrr I used to have) but I believe the routing was fairly consistent for 68-70 B's..Fuel lines would have run along the passenger side edge, inside the frame rail in front--through the crossmember--then along the outside edge of the underside--over the rear frame rail to the tank. Look for the approx. 1/4" holes along the way that's where the clips stab in for all the lines. Same for the brake line but it started inside the driver side frame rail in front and changes to rubber line right before the rear axle...there should be the small clip holes if you find them you can see the route the factory took...these pics are kinda crappy, this is a 68 with only one fuel line...hope it helps

I couldn't figure out how to caption each pic, if you count them left-to-right the first four are the fuel and the last four are the brake line...and pic #1 and #5 are looking towards the back, all the rest are looking towards the front..good luck(oh and the line running diagonally across the picture in pic#6 is the E-brake cable, the main brake line is kinda in the background...)
