Heater control valve bracket for 1974 Road runner

I am working on getting my heat working when I realized my mom stock heater control valve was all seized up. I ordered a new 4 seasons heater control valve but realized that there must be another bracket to mount it to the fender using the factory holes.
Is this the bracket that I need? I wasnt sure if heater core bypass valve is the same as heater control valve.
