I am replacing some of my old heater core hoses, and need some advice.

The car had an aftermarket 120v AC plug-in water heater installed (cold Montana nights in winter) into one of the heater core hoses via a T connection, after the plug in AC heater the hose is then routed to a 1/2" nipple threaded into the lower passenger side of the block below the spark plugs and exhaust manifold.

I have since removed the 120v heater and plan on replacing all the hoses.

Is the heater hose routing via the "T" fitting to the lower right side of the block stock? (I am thinking it is not). Can I remove the lower block nipple and put a plug in there? The nipple in the lower right side of the block struck me as odd and probably was used for the 120v heater install I am thinking?

Advice and comments needed.

Had the same thing on mine (North West Kansas car). Told the neighbor that plug hanging out the grill was proof 'electric cars were around in the `60s. Ha-ha!

Your assumptions are correct. The hose going to the right side of the block is not stock. The nipple was put in place of the right hand side drain plug and the 'T' (mine was actually a 'Y') into the heater hose. Plug the block hole, and run a new hose eliminating the 'T'...unless of course you continue to park it in the cold and would like to drive it in the winter.
