Help! Floor panel replacement

Weld thru primer is not very durable. Use it only where you are welding. When you are finished, wipe off the excess with laquer thinner. The primer close to the weld will be baked on and will not wipe off with thinner. Coat bare metal with epoxy primer or self etch primer, then topcoat. I would not use undercoating on bare metal. If some areas are inaccessible/difficult to reach after installation, prime them before installation with epoxy. Tape off the areas to be welded before shooting epoxy, then untape and apply weld thru primer on those areas.

Finaly got the son of a bitch out of there.

I think the welder at the factory was getting paid by the spot weld... That was much harder than I expected. Some collateral damage, but not terrible. Thanks to everyone who helped me.:thankyou:

Hi guys, what can I use to clean and degrease the interior sheet metal before painting? I want to remove dirt, and degrease in one step if possible...

After cleaning with Windex (i figured it wouldn't leave any residue) I won't need to paint as much as I thought. Still want input on a good degreaser though if anybody knows.
