Help! I messed up somewhere installing electronic ignition.

Does the accelerator pump have good solid stream when you open the throttle at least half way? Even a light/slow throttle opening would produce a shot of gas into the barrels. Also, no filter in the tank on these old cars but there is a screen or should be a screen. It's job is to keep out the bigger pieces. You would be surprised at how much junk there is in a refinery storage tank.....

Only issue is when I put my foot into it it dies out and wants to stall. If I feather it nicely it runs like a dream.

That has accelerator pump written all over it. That's where I'm putting my money.
