Help Identifying Part

['68 Coronet R/T]

I looked through the FSM but didn't see this part.
One of them is broken and both are very brittle so knowing what they are will help me locate replacements.

The upper panel/pad the far hole has a screw and that piece is the retainer.

Thanks. I was hoping for a specific part number or name. Been searching places like R/T Specialties but no success.

Got this car in pieces and since I personally didn't take it apart I am trying to figure somethings out.

It looks like nobody is making a reproduction of these parts. I guess I will have to make an attempt at repairing the broken one. At least I saved all the fragments. LOL
