have b body roadrunner with 383 want to cram a gen 2 hemi in the cavity will motor mount convertions work or will they fail with big block stock k frame? willing to weld skid plate on thanks

IIRC, depends on the trans...4 speed or automatic. The cross members are different.

I just installed this gen 2 Hemi and 18 spline 4 speed transmission in a 383 71 Charger and it dropped right in and the stock transmission mount fit perfectly. The Schumacher mounts fit great.

Yes, the Schumacher conversion mounts work well. I have used them also to mount one of my Gen II Hemi's onto a factory big block K frame in a B Body.
