Here's how little I know...

Looks like a survivor car, you might find the build sheet under the front seat between the springs and foam, behind the back seat back, under the back seat, taped to the top of the glove box or under the carpet. If lucky you might find the IBM punch card.
The Chrysler Historical Society will send you information on it also. You need to have proof of ownership. I think everything is correct.

I don’t see a code for the radio. Also the 741 on the center section is a small pinion.

The wheels are newer probably 69 or newer vintage but those look great on that car.
It likely came with steel rims and hubcaps.
The car is in great condition for it's age.
 
Those 69 and newer "road wheels" look great on that car.

That's what came on my wagon, and I believe I'll be keeping them.
