well finally have rehab today off to see what they got planned for me go on mondays, wednesdays and fridays ,I guess for 35 or 36 sessions or till they pull my plug ,later

well I survived today very interesting ,and had a class in nutrition ,exercise no problem knee had issues and my shoulder had issues but the rest seemed ok they sure do monitor you real close , the diet is going to be rough ,stay away from this and that almost seems like they want you to go from a carnivore to a vegetarian and that sucks , like I said if it smells good and it looks good and taste good you cant have it BUT if it smells like **** ,looks like **** and taste like **** eat away I should of asked about beer but didnt
