Keep at it Snake!well just got from my friday rehab all is going well I guess ,but the diet change is the rough part staying away from salt hasn't been a problem its the meat part that is a problem

“Eating ****” is really true BUT I’ve been going with a salad before dinner & I love it. Course the bacon bits,croutons wouldn’t fit in with the real veggies. Thankfully(?) the wife still cooks lots of the ‘red’ stuff for me,sorry.

Now its you need to use that safety gear.
At least he did not make a vegi only eater out of you there are ot her meats than red. And of the reds there are healthy ones and not so healthy one. Also grass feed is better than grain feed.

hi ho hi ho off to rehab I go ,feel like I was beat to hell when I get there and no better when I leave my shoulder hurts and my knee feels like I am walking with a spike in my knee joint OOOOOOOOOOh what fun it is ..........................not cant wait till I can have surgery on all and don't say a word about getting old

**** on another level friday late in the day I thought I was going to have a big one ,called the law firm to see what is going on with my hearing on my shoulder and knee with the industrial comm. monday I haven't heard a word from them ,to my surprise ,this lawyer told me he just got my file and he told me they are going in there and drop my case and then refile at a later date ,what the F... I haven't worked since last shut down ,so now here i go again . So pissed off this probably doesn't make since to you guys just venting ,

hi guys I thought that I would pop in and say hi ,yes I'm still up for breakfast so far life has been hell but all I can do is make the best of it ,still no surgery and the heart attack weel have been moving forward with that part of my life money is all gone and Im dealing with that I will pop in now and then doubt that will be here a a gold member too much longer I will have to start gathering empty pop bottles for money
have not been doing anything with all my cars and trucks been rehabbing a lot as much as I can and the Fn diet still sucks ,but as they say I still above ground and breathing ,later
