Ive been to the one in DC while it was being built and when the dedication happened and after it ,it it not the same as seeing the one and only wall ,before I kick and before she does I will have to take her there
 
no news other nothing happening and it doesn't look like its going no further in the future now I have been told MRIs are old and need new ones ,need a new doctor because the doctor doesnt do rebuttals ,I argued all last year with employer ,doctor lawyer ,insurance company oh and I cant forget the UNION , I had a heart over all this ,haven't worked in a year no money broke and pissed ,and then there's that new diet if it looks like **** smells like shitand taste like **** I can eat it all ,but stay away from if smells good taste good and looks good WTF :thumbsup: ain't life Fn grand :nutkick:
 
Time for SSD! Call a lawyer that specializes in SSD. My union supplied one for me but they will work for anyone. They work on contingency all you do is fill out forms and DON'T talk to SS if they call Politely decline on advice of Allsup. If you get disability you get paid retroactively, except for the first 5 months. If you been out of work a year and apply and it takes 2 months to get SSD you will get a check for 9 months of SSD. Allsup will get a cut but there is a maximum. I believe its around $6/$7k but don't quote me on that. You will get paperwork to fill out do it ASAP. Goodluck go for it.

union not worth a **** the surg. not worth a **** and the lawyers supposed to be the best ain't worth **** ,this one of those you just have to right off, fought all last year with all ended up having a heart attack over all Im done
 
Snake - as mentioned earlier I also had a pretty severe heart attack a number of,years ago. Once you have one it’s always lingering in the back of,your mind that you could have another one no matter what you do. So I’m doing something about that lingering thoughts. I’m,going to the Dick Butkus Cardiovascular Screening Center for a plac or calcium deposit scan of my heart and cardioid artery. It only costs $290 and they do scans with state of the art equipment and then will transfer the results to your doctor. You also get a session with a cardio nurse to give you the results. I want to know if that sneaky **** has been building up in my arteries. You might check and see if there is a similar program in your area. Dick Butkus sponsored this center t give people an affordable access to effective screening. ITs affiliated with St. Joesphs Hospital. This is a message for all of us over 50 or those of us of any age that have concerns.
 
Forgot to mention you go onto medicare 2 years after that 5 month waiting period.
 
I was out on long term disability at work a year and a half the long term Insurance company hired allsup to get it for me since I was turned down the first time . I was approved the second time called allsup they haven't heard anything called SS and they told me when i would be getting my first check with back pay allsup called a weak later wanting my bank acct info i told them i would give it to them when i got the check . A week later i get a bill for $23.000 $2000 over what the 2 checks for me daughter were they called me and i told them tuff **** and their was nothing they could do about it don't ever give them you're bank info .
 
My experience with Allsup through the union, they paid Allsup. I had to pay back to the union insurance company the amount they paid me. Guess I'd get a local lawyer as long as it was on a contingency basis .
Know someone who did that, worked fine. Get a lawyer who specializes in SSD.

I think the longterm disability Insurance company I had through work was trying to get some of the money back which i paid over the years every month the name of that company was the standard insurance .
