I like to use obtuse in place of certain words to describe the dimwitted amongst us. I also like nitwit (old school) and fu@k-tard (new school). Gotta keep yer lexicon varied.

Obtuse people get stumped by it.

Totally unrelated, but have you seen that zombie movie Warm Bodies? There's a scene where the lead zombie is shambling through an airport talking about how it sucks to just walk around, occasionally bumping into other zombies, and not being able to interact or communicate, and then he says how great it must have been before the zombie apocalypse when people could interact freely, and they switch to a scene where everyone in the airport is shambling around looking at phones and tablets, talking on their phones, and ignoring one another. Great take on the issue.

No I haven't, I'm not a big gore/zombies movie guy, but it sounds pretty funny/accurate too...
