I just had a very bad day, broken arm, car destroyed

Wow. You just never know when something like this will happen. Hopefully everyone involved will recover 100%.

Prayers go out to both of you for a speedy recovery....

That's a real drag about what happened. Just be thankful that you weren't more beat up than a broken arm. Speedy recovery wishes to you.

holly batchit batman,
I hope you feel better soon, heal quickly {massively broken arm, never heard that medical term}
I hope the lady is ok too...
It's good your mother wasn't in the car too...

Accidents happen...

I'm glad it wasn't your RR... just a Honda, sorry I couldn't resist

You weren't killed. Thank God for your good fortune and look back on it as a GOOD day.

Your in my thoughts and thank God you and that woman were not more seriously injured. What you need to remember is that bad things happen sometimes to good people. Another thing is your man enough to admit your fault,no matter what anybody says,we all screw up,some times we get away with it and other times not. Recover from your injuries and than move on. Best of luck to you
Well said ! and I agree wholeheartedly. Hope all recover quickly. It could've been so much worse.

Well the insurance totalled the car today, and I went to a doctor who prescribed some pain meds. To give you a good idea of how bad I was hit. When we went to pick our crap out of the car we couldn't get the glove box open and the passenger seat wasn't even attached to the car anymore, as the door had folded into the car. The officer at the impound yard took one look at me and asked if anybody was in the car with me. When I said no, he stated that I was lucky to be alive and walking.

Wow so sorry to hear this. You will be in my prayers. Ron

Man, I know crap happens and im sorry to hear of it.. I am glad you didn't get hurt anymore then you did which is bad enough! You sure enough have our prayers! Hope you feel better fast and you can put it behind you.. Godbless!

It was an accident so don't beat yourself up. I pray you both have no lasting effects. You will be much more careful in the future now.

Sorry to hear about it. I thought of your Mom too. Nothing like hearing your child was in an accident. That would be so much worse for me, than me being in one.

I was on a well a couple of years ago in Kansas and there was a bad accident by the rig. A Durango rolled several times then hit a pole. It looked really bad. I drove to the next little town for business and was telling some people about how bad the wreck was. Turns out the mother of the family was right there and heard me. I felt terrible. She turned white and ran out. A car went sideways in front of my sister's SUV. Killed the Mom, Dad and the baby. Small cars lose every time.

It makes me know we prepare and structure our lives so well, then things turn on a dime. Scary.

Those Honda's must have power of invisibility! I pulled out from a side street a little over a year ago onto a four lane street turning left. The right lane was stopped and I didn't see anything coming in the left lane (I was in my 3/4T Ram 4x4 so was sitting high) and hit a Honda Accord doing about 45mph. Luckily, no one was hurt. Hope you and the other driver recover quickly.
