I'm almost done reassembling my 73 Charger and have these left over. Don't know what they are and I can't find any reference in my documentation or 1,000's of photos. I did label them "L" and "R". Thanks.

They go in the nose of the fenders.

See to two holes next to the headlight buckets? That is where they bolt in.

OK, thanks. Looks like I'll have to remove the valance to install them.

No they are above the valance. Need to remove the grills and they slide in behind the bumper.
