Installing 66 back question

I’m going to attempt to install my back glass by myself later today, the instructions say string a 1/4” rope in for pulling which I’ve done before, my question is there anything special I need to know before I start? Sealer maybe for a better seal?

Go on YouTube and watch some of the videos. Some are good and some are bad!

Old school is butyl for a good seal. Getting ready to set my front in the rope works but eyeball is always better. Just remember tempered glass any hit on a side and its done.
