Interior wire channel

The interior wire channels that runs parallel to each other on the interior floor boards. Are these spot welded in from the inside or outside? I need to remove mine, they are in bad shape. From the inside i can not see a spot weld so far? a

On the inside, on top of the floor pans. Theres a spot weld right on the tabs

thats what i thought as well, but I dont see a clear "spot" maybe I need to clean them up some more, thanks for the confirmation.

they are spot welded on the little tabs. as rough shape as they are try to save them. new ones are way to expensive considering you will never see them.
