Is this 66 Charger only?

Is this console harness 66 Charger only or 67 short console with the armrest? Has a newer part # and the switch for the inner glove box lamp. I also have the lamp lens but not pictured.. Has part #2822415. Thanks in advance!

That is a 67 harness. Does not have the EL which would be a white wire and red connector.

Yes, 66 shifters were EL, 67 were bulb
