I don’t think so. Time to finally retire my 40 year old jack as I needed a low profile long reach. This is an awesome jack! HF had them for $189 right now.

Of course I had to get the orange didn’t I?

My 16 year old HF jack is starting to lose prime and I have no idea if anyone sells a seal kit for it. Keep having to bleed air out of it to lift. Might be time to upgrade

Not tacky at all... but instead of the Road Runner I think it should be under your orange Daytona.

As much as I hate chi-com crap...I had to buy a similar unit for lifting a couple of my cars. They're just too low for anything else.

You might consider removing the pump section and taking it to a shop that does hydraulic repairs. Yes more costly than doing it yourself but they usually stock various seals
Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year!

$189 in your color! I waited way too long to get one. This one is so much nicer than anything I have used before. Well worth it. If it costs you $80 to fix your this one is only one note more!

Chicom or nothing. We don’t manufacture much here anymore. I think the design and quality of this unit is as good as Snap-On which is probably built overseas as well! If it wasn't for overseas manufacturing this hobby would be dead.

I still manage to buy the greatest portion of my stuff, from domestic made sources when available.

I bought a 5 ton Horror Freight jack that was like 5' long and had a foot pedal to get my cars up high enough to do transmissions while on my trans jack like the one pictured that I used once for a transmission. One day, the second time I tried to use it. I was jacking up the front end by the axle of my 1 ton Dodge pickup to do the front brakes. As I had it up high enough to slide the jack stands under the axle. I reached over for the jack stands and the jack crumbled up like and accordion. Luckily, I still had the wheels on it and I was not underneath it. Nothing is forged steel, just cheap cast metal. This jack technically could pick up the entire truck. However, it twisted up just from the weight of the front end!!!! Never bought anything from HF since.
I took the crumbled up P.O.S. back up to HF to show them what a cheap P.O.S. this jack was. They told me to contact the manufacturer, so I did. The manufacturer said there was nothing they could do because it was over 90 days. WTF!!! people are going to die from those P.O.S. I wish I would have taken pictures of how badly it just folded up....

I understand your experience and would feel the same. I also try and support local businesses and stuff made here.

But reality makes this hard.
