I have 69 & 70 both 383 Roadrunners they seem to have the same problem I have power to the starter relay and also the fuseable link going into the firewall also I can get the motor to crank by jumping the two bolts on the relay, But I have no power at all not even lights, Can anyone HELP me ?

welcome to FBBO, post this question in the general discussion forum or electrical & ignition forums, maybe you will get more help & responses possibly, but from your brief description, it sounds like ignition switch or wiring problem to the ignition switch, to me, I'm not sure thou.... good luck
