Just bought a 71 Charger... going to a 5.7 I think

I have 16's on my Cuda and they are good. I will have to look at some wheels and mock everything up to see what works.

I discovered that Wheel Vintigues and US Wheel make a 17" steel wheel. The Wheel Vintigues wheel will even take the stock hubcap but they are like $255/wheel.

US Wheel's version is different but also takes the OE hubcap and is $241 (the GM version is $136...)

Solid style wheels that will accept the stock hubcap? I've never seen them but would be interested.

Not much going on with my 71 as I am still working on the 69 Ply wagon and still have to do a 70 RR and 70 Sat, however I have been doing a lot of looking and planning. I just ordered a Holley Terminator X Max controller with VVT harness to run on this car. Next I am going to order some TTI headers and probably their motor mounts as well.

I've been doing research on PS systems as well as Hydroboost systems. I think I am going to get a Dodge ram HB unit and try and use that along with a Holley G3 Hemi pump to work with the Borgeson PS box. I am intending on using Firm Feel front suspension (I have their stuff under my Cuda and Challenger and I like it).

Still have not gotten to work on my 71, since the last post I got the 70 Satellite shipped off to its new owner in PA, got new quarters/trunk put onto the 70 RR and am still working on the 69 Ply Wagon... Got some other things done as well, picked up a 85 MR2 from SoCal, got it running/driving (now my parts runner). Maintained my Harleys and my 10 Challenger RT along with my 01 Viper. I will post some pictures for your viewing enjoyment..

I have 3 of them, a 78 FX that I chopped and is basically garage art now a 03 Ultra Classic (100th anniversary firefighters edition) and a 06 Heritage which I bought new and is my favorite.

I'm again, thinking of doing a gen3 swap in my 71. Here is my cousin's 67 Dart. Just put this 392 crate in after taking out the stock 2012 5.7. That with a 518 with manual Vbody and push button OD he whooped up in the garage. Holley wire set up. TTI headers. He did an awesome job on the swap and it just runs! Super clean looking and the mock air cleaner is sweet

I honestly do not know! One of his little secrets he keeps. Just like how he never told anyone he swapped a crate hemi in until a bit later. The force is strong with that one!

Big day today, I FINALLY got the 71 into the shop!!! Now the fun begins. This car is completely gutted but I supposedly have all the parts pieces, we will see.
