If the 63 Plymouth is a 426 plus an over bore and running very low 10's or high nines, then that is fast. If it is a stroker with indy heads or a lot of port work, then it is just a good running car. Lets have some specs on this "Wedgieitis". How many cubes, what heads, trans brake? Is it a stocker, super stocker, or a gasser. 9 inch tires or bigger? Tubbed?
