I used C-body inners and outers with billet sleeves. Haven't really drove it yet, just around the block. Don't know if I'd notice any difference anyway.
People have been doing that conversion for at least 30 years. I changed my '65 Coronet over to the C body ends back in 90's. I did it then because the C body stuff was actually less expensive. I figured I couldn't go wrong. The parts were beefy and less expensive.
Just guessing BUT I suspect that the car will handle the same but bending a sleeve or tie rod end is less likely. Maybe with really wide and sticky tires, the deflection during turns may be less as well.
