Hi : I had my front calipers rebuilt for my 70 Charger R/T and they did a very nice job to look @ them however, when i installed them on the car, the drivers side was ok but the passenger side was leaking @ the new copper seal. I tightened it until i thought it may strip the threads and it still woudn`t seal. I then used one of the original thicker with three raised ribs and that solved that one.
Now the bleeder won`t stop leaking and it super tight also. Anyone got any ideas??? Thanks for the Help. Fred ( 6pktgo )

By the way, did i mention that i`m using Dot 5 so if i have any leaking issues ,the fluid won`t do any damage.

Try some teflon tape on those bleeder threads... and make sure they are the right bleeders of course.

Hummmm....Well.....I've encountered such a problem when:
using new STAINLESS steel lines AND
used proportioning valve and wheel cylinders

This issues is caused by the soft mild steel and brass conforming to each other, and the stainless doesn't.

But the bleeders????
