Lets talk Coffee

Agree with ya. I don't like the one cup at a time BS. Cost too damn much as well.
I got a 30oz. Mr. Coffee for $20 from target. Works great, makes a pot a 5am everyday. Maxwell house is good, on my primitive Midwest palate.

Folgers. And I drink it till it's gone. Lots of coffee snobs among us. Often see them walking around daily w/Suckbucks cups like they are trophies.

Just caught the post. I can drink anything 'black' as long as it's not the weird stuff. I actually brew a pot and it lasts for 2-3 days; the better-half has a Keurig with all her breakfast,creamed,let's add this blends. Way back when, my buddies and I drank from a 30-cup coffee maker with stuff so strong it would probably clean off a "Rally inst. cluster".
 
My dad always said "you're not a man unless you can drink it black" never strayed from that profound statement in 67 yrs. Course I caught him putting milk in his! Yuck.
 
The only place I get some coffee is at the local Dunkin'. I'll get an XL-decaf, with lots of cream, and a couple sour-cream donuts. That's about once a week....otherwise I don't drink the stuff.
 
"green beans" will put hair on the bottom of your feet also. My dad lied to me at times!
 
Black Satin beans from Winco, fresh grind each pot...heavy cream, raw sugar crystals, w/ 7 shakes of cinnamon & 14 shakes vanilla per 16oz. Cup.
 
back in the day I use to drink 20- 30 cups a day now I drink 1-2 in a few days :( I like DD the most never tried Starbucks or Caribou Coffee places :thumbsup:,
 
The wife and I have been mostly doing kcups for the past several years, mainly cause there quick to do before work. Our favorite is Neumann's own from Sams club. Mine is black, the wife likes sugar free creamer. Another we like is from San Francisco Bay gourmet co. "Fog Chaser". What we're out? Argghh....
 
I like a pot of folgers or dunkin during weekdays.

On the weekends its good kona, black is the only way to get the beans real flavor. My sons will drink this stuff, but it gives me the shakes with one small cup, so I don't drink it.

Mona is simply the best at least for my burnt out taste buds. I've even got a 7yr old grandson that likes "black " whenever he's over, what's up with that?
