I know Dynamat is pretty heavy and that's not what I'm wanting.....additional weight. I'm looking at the spray on bed liner for inside the doors and fenders....or is there something better? Does anyone know how heavy this stuff is once dry and if it can be sprayed onto bare metal or should the bare metal be at least have primer on it first?

I used Evercoat rubberized undercoating on the inside of my doors and quarter/wheel well areas, I was pretty happy with it. It can be applied to bare metal or painted surfaces. I don't really know how much sound deadening it provided, because I wasn't able to drive the car before it was applied. There are lots of products like this out there, so others may have some additional ones.
