Thanks! That wasn't my collection, that was a shop that a good friend of mine and I had for a few years. The '68 in the backround was mine and we did a full SRT LX chassis graft/conversion on it. This was the end result...

Ramona is about an hour away I think. We have been here 12 years and pretty much tired of the summers.

I hear you. 22 years of that heat/humidity and the wildfire issues. We are back up here to stay. I originally grew up in Fallbrook, moved up here in 80, was here till 96 then back to SD county.

I am Originally from Pennsylvania so I feel your pain.
Out here we build cars during the winter and you guys build during the summer. lol

I drove the '55 for 2 years with the original poly and 2 speed auto drum brakes and all. Then once I priced what it would cost(and parts were hard to find) to restore it I decided to go the restomod route.
