these came on Coronets, Chargers, Polara's, Darts basically low trim level cars.

Those are the smaller diameter 1968 cap. The 1967 cap is similar, but had larger diameter. They are specific to the type of steel wheels being used. Large diameter goes on 1967 and earlier rim. Small diameter goes on 1968 and newer rim.
