looking for help on wheel code

on my 71 charger se the build sheet codes are line 4, box, road 52, color tx8, spare 59. i cant find a reference for any of those? and the w code is 21 for road wheels, but the tire code is t34, so it has 15 inch gray rallyes on it now. any input would help thanks

After doing a little more research it looks like this might have had 15 inch or 14 in w21 thats the rallye without trim rings?
