Love Summit Racing

I had a great experience with Summit. I ordered shocks, but I screwed up & ordered the wrong number. After I got them I called & told him that I made a mistake & the rep asked what I was trying to fit. Then he said he'd send out the correct version that day and would arrange to have FedEx pick up the return parts. Fantastic customer service!!!

I'm a big Summit fan too. Prices and selection are decent, service and delivery is great. If you have a problem they know how to deal with it. Usually my first go to choice. I like Oriellys fine for a local store - but Summit tops the list even though everything has to be shipped.

Just to add more love to the Summit thread - I ordered 3 5 quart jugs of Lucas Oil from Summit this past Saturday. Came home today and what was sitting on my doorstep Monday afternoon was my order. Over a weekend and delivered in 2 days. Gotta love that customer service. Summit is great!

5 quart jugs? Thats it, I'm calling your HOA to report this.

Yeah - I had to tell my neighbors it was diapers delivered in a Summit Racing box - even though we don't have any kids. Quick thinking aye?! I quickly dispatched them to my garage to hide the evidence. I'll do the deed under the cover of darkness early some morning so I don't get caught.....!

Be sure that bring it to operating temperature before dropping the oil. Then, spill it all over the crossmember when spinning of the filter. Be sure that get the old gasket off at the filter base if it doesn't come off with th filter.

I'll be sure to make as many mistakes as is possible. I might try for a record at that. I want to make sure the oil is as hot as possible and try to spill as much as I can. The most I can spill is 7 quarts. Enough to flood the garage. I hope I can do this w/o the swat team showing up. We shall see....

Update on the super stock springs. We went to summit about a week or two and and found the right spring on clearance. Bought it and took back the one i paid full price for. So all we ended up paying $75 for the set.
