Is it possible to have a set of 67 915 heads opened up to max wedge port size intake and exhaust using 2.14 1.81 valves? If so, is it worth it money wise or buy new. Thank you.

There is NO stock (non-MW) iron head that's worth the money to "try" to port to max wedge size - period.

To match genuine max ports? No.
To use those valve sizes? yes.
Are those actual vintage maxwedge size valves? No. (2.08/1.88)
Modern versions of max.port heads use bigger intake, smaller exhaust.cause it works better.
Will bigger valves help without at least some porting? Probably not
Will they be worth the ROI? Probably not.
Is porting on old cast iron expensive? Yes.

Someone, maybe a couple places, made up some decent cnc programs for stock heads.. that would likely be your most efficient route.
If you had to have stock heads.
But if not, there is every level of aluminum choice out there.

There is a company in the mid west (Indiana? Illinois?) that has a cnc program for a 915/906 that is supposed to be pretty good. I'm drawing a blank on the name. K-something.
I'm glad there is such a thing, but the only practical use I see is for a F.a.s.t. type car that needs all the performance it can get out of iron heads. The cnc isn't legal for stock eliminator.
I would certainly put the money to cnc a 915 toward a good set of aftermarket aluminum heads instead, 100%.

trickflow 270's ,do yourself a favor,, all new and way cheaper/better.

Those valve sizes are from a Mopar Performance 518M head, not the stock 518 or 518M heads.

Yup not worth it. Box up them 915’s and send them to me I dispose of them properly.
Side note: I don’t see any benefit in spending good money on cheap Chinese heads. Choose wisely if you go aluminum.

Is the goal max-wedge size port, or flow?

You can have them opened up to flow 300 cfm. They will have 2.19” intake valves. Still will not be max-wedge size. Price in the range of TF 240.

The thinking has changed since the MW era. Bigger is not always better....
