I have 3 Modine 200,000 BTU Gas Garage Heaters.

I took them out of a bldg I just bought for my biz. It's going to be a meat plant, so i didn't need them.

they were working when pulled, and are like brand new. The heaters reside about 40 miles west of Chicago, near Aurora.

Asking $800/each as-is, cash only.

No disappointments, and no B.S. As you can see, they are in great condition. Please no lowball offers, these go for $1200-1400 new.

PM me for more info or with questions.

Thanks,
Mar

EDIT: i put the wrong pic of the data tag. that was for one i already sold! I put the RIGHT pic up now...i'll get a better pic tomorrow of it.

Built in the 30th week of 2001 if I'm not mistaken. Still have 15-20 years of service left in them easy. 800 is a fair price.

Actually, it was manufactured in the 25th week of 1997, but it remains a great deal for someone. Good luck with the sale. As was stated, should have plenty of service life left.
