Just spent $1k on Snap On tools from a retiring mechanic. He is battling health concerns, thus paid what he was asking. Which I believe was very reasonable. Bought all his wrenches. (Which are in better condition than expected. With some newer, and as you can see from pic. Some older) Plus another half tray of specialty tools. (About 150 lbs in total)

I love buying/adding tools. Almost as much as a new classic to the stable. Lol.

There has to be others that have that feeling? I have bought tools thinking "I better use it." Then learning "How the hell did I get by without?"

Just confirming one point..... had the retired mechanic finished the payment schedule on the tools?
