Hi all,

I currently have a motorhome 440 in my '72 Satellite. I would like to pull the engine and do a rebuild to get some real power. I'm looking to build a daily driver so I need to be able to run on pump gas, however, I want the famed power of a 440; able to roast tires without any trouble. What am I getting myself into? What crank, cam, and heads would I be looking at getting? I have looked at Edelbrock's top end package. It seems pretty good compared to the very mixed review on 440source's stealth heads. What else would I need? Are there any places that sell kits that are good?

I'm more than willing to answer any questions to the best of my ability.

Thanks!
